Global Talent Manager (H/F) - Temporary contract

Our client, an international multi-site group undergoing significant transformation, is looking for its future Global Talent Manager (F/M) to support its people and organisational development challenges on a global scale.


Key Responsibilities

As the Group Talent lead, you will define and drive the major processes related to talent development and employee experience. In this role, you will:

  • Structure and deploy Talent processes across the entire employee lifecycle
  • Enhance recruitment, onboarding and performance management practices
  • Foster a strong Talent Review culture and support succession planning initiatives
  • Design and lead programmes dedicated to key populations and high-potential employees
  • Define career paths and associated development plans
  • Facilitate HR and Talent Acquisition communities to harmonise practices and strengthen capabilities
  • Lead employee engagement and employee experience initiatives
  • Develop and implement Diversity & Inclusion topics at Group level
  • Contribute to cross-functional HR transformation projects related to organisation and HR tools

You will work closely with local HR teams and Group functions to build coherent, pragmatic and business-oriented Talent programmes.


Profile & Personal Skills

With a higher education degree in Human Resources, equivalent, you have significant experience in Talent Management or HR Development roles within an international environment. You are comfortable operating in complex, transforming and multicultural organisations.

You are recognised for your ability to structure, influence and drive strategic projects within matrix organisations. Your key strengths include:

  • Strategic vision and strong business understanding
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
  • Analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach
  • Strong project management and prioritisation capabilities
  • Energy, resilience and collaborative spirit
